About Me

My Way of Health & Life

Eating the right foods & drinking plenty of water lead to a healthy body & mind.

Angela Marie Ruyf

Throughout my life I have always been concerned for others in pain, wishing that I could help them.  When I became a young adult I found myself drawn to holistic health care. Eventually I became a mother to a beautiful baby boy (the love of my life) and a healthy lifestyle became even more important to me. It was then that I found Mercy College and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.

While at Mercy college I was taught Hot Stone massage, Reflexology, Healing Touch, Basic Cranial Sacral therapy, Basic Trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage, Deep tissue work, Acupressure, Myofascial release, Chair massage and Massage for the medically frail and Cancer patients. During our clinical we worked at St. Vincent’s hospital, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Mercy Tiffin Hospital radiation therapy center and St. Charles Hospital. While in the hospital’s we worked in the Pediatric unit, Oncology department and the Palliative care unit. We also provided Relaxation Massage for chemotherapy and radiation patients after their treatments. All of this was so fulfilling to my heart and soul! I have so many wonderful memories of moments of joy and sadness. It was one of the most rewarding experiences that I have ever been blessed with!

On December 20th of 2009 I received my Associates of Science in Therapeutic Massage from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio.

Now as I move forward with Trinity Therapeutic Massage LLC  my vision of helping everyone feel better is realized. I know without a doubt that God has put me in the perfect place for my passion to help grow!

Stress relief is key to a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Even a single massage session can help relax your muscles and reduce life's everyday stress.

Straight talk about posture
Straight talk about posture

Unlike other bad habits, you can help correct poor posture through relaxation. And massage helps reinforce healthy, natural movements so you can get your posture back on track.

Keeping it flowing
Keeping it flowing

The pressure created by massage therapy helps keep blood moving through congested areas. This in turn helps increase blood flow to promote circulation in the body.

Happy Clients

Hear what my clients had to say about my service.

From the moment I walked in I was pleased ....clean welcoming...and I was greeted by Angela. she was very pleasant and showed me to the room. ooh the ambiance. Relaxing smells candles lit (battery on lol) , and the table was comfortable. She asked if there were any concerns..
I said I have plantar fasciitis and was told my calf muscles were very tight. she addressed these issues. she was professional and very thorough and it felt amazing...I have never had a facial massage or a glute massage.. but I recommend this....
I am recommending her to all my friends!
